Step 2: Email Confirmation & Booking
After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed shortly by another email with a link to book your in-person audit session.
Choose any available date and time that works for you through Calendly. The meeting takes around 3–4 hours, and it will be held at your restaurant location.
Step 3: Meeting Coordination
A member of our team will personally call you to confirm the booking details and verify your restaurant’s location.
We’ll make sure everything’s aligned so our consultant can arrive prepared and on time.
Step 4: Prepare for the Audit
Before the session, please ensure you have a general overview of your operations — how your team is structured, how inventory flows, what systems you use, and how decisions are made day-to-day. We will explore key workflows and operational realities to build a meaningful and accurate strategy.
Step 5: The In-Person Audit
Your session includes two key parts:

This session is collaborative, practical, and designed to give you clarity on your current setup and improvement areas. You will also be receiving the Audit report in a pdf document by your email.
