Terms & Conditions - Restaurant Operations Audit Program

Overview:

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of the Restaurant Operations Audit provided by Polaris Technology. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
 

1. Product Description

The Restaurant Operations Audit is a strategic review tool designed to help restaurant owners and managers identify operational inefficiencies, areas of loss, and opportunities for growth. The audit delivers a tailored report based on your input. It does not implement solutions on your behalf but provides actionable recommendations you can use to improve your business performance.

2. Audit Package Types

  • Digital Audit (AED 499): A self-guided audit completed online, followed by an automated report.
  • In-Person Audit (AED 999): Includes a scheduled physical or virtual meeting with a consultant of Polaris Technology to review and explain your results.

3. Refund Policy

Polaris Technology maintains a fair-use refund policy:

A full refund is available for the Digital Audit only, provided that:

  • You submit a clear, written explanation of dissatisfaction within 7 calendar days of receiving your report.
  • You provide screenshots or documentation demonstrating specific faults or errors in the solution. Polaris has the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the dissatisfaction is due to a system fault or misrepresentation of the product.
  • No refunds will be issued once the In-Person Audit meeting has taken place.
  • Refund requests based solely on a change of mind, incorrect expectations, or failure to implement the recommended strategy will not be accepted.

     

    4. Responsibility & Use of the Audit

    The Audit is a decision-support tool. It provides strategic recommendations based on your responses and Polaris Technology’s expertise. However, the responsibility for implementing and acting on the recommendations lies solely with the restaurant owner or management team.

    Polaris Technology is not responsible for financial outcomes, operational decisions, or business performance resulting from the use or non-use of the Audit report.

    5. Support After the Audit

    If you require help interpreting your Digital Audit results, you may contact our team at +971 52 834 7841 to book a session with one of our consultants. Additional consultation may be subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

    6. Exclusions from Refund Eligibility

    To maintain the integrity of the product, Polaris reserves the right to deny refunds in the following cases:

    • Use of the audit content followed by a refund request with intent to extract value without payment.
    • Submission of vague, unverifiable, or unfounded dissatisfaction claims.
    • Failure to complete the questionnaire accurately or in full, which may impact the quality of the report.

     

7. Single Package Purchase Policy

For a smooth experience, clients are recommended to add only one audit package to the cart and proceed to payment before selecting another. Each package is designed to evaluate a single business, so purchasing more than one at a time is not necessary.

 

8. Changes to the Product or Offer

Polaris Technology reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Audit program at any time, without prior notice. Pricing and features are subject to change without affecting completed purchases.

 

9. Accuracy of Contact Information

During checkout, you will be asked to provide your contact details, including your name, phone number, and email address. You are fully responsible for ensuring this information is accurate, valid, and currently in use. Polaris Technology will use these details to contact you regarding your audit. If we are unable to reach you due to incorrect, outdated, or inactive contact information, we will not be held liable for any delays or missed communication resulting from such errors.

10.  Single Use Audit Link (Digital Audit)

If you purchased the Digital Audit (self-guided), the link to complete your Audit will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This is a single-use link, and can only be accessed once.

Before clicking Submit, please review all your answers carefully to ensure they are accurate and reflect your understanding of your F&B business.

Once submitted, you will no longer be able to access the form from the original link. Your Audit Report, complete with insights and a tailored action plan, will be sent to your registered email address.

11. Consent for Communication & Marketing Use

By completing this purchase, I authorize Polaris Technology to contact me in the future via email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and other social platforms about its products and services. I agree to the use of my information provided during checkout for marketing purposes. I understand I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting Polaris Technology.
