Sallora implemented Polaris ERP in 2024 across all its locations, five at that time. As new locations became available, our restaurant software empowered those locations as well. Polaris ERP is a restaurant ERP solution designed specifically for the F&B industry to optimize operations, identify areas of cost saving, and revenue growth. It covers all operational areas in a restaurant business, from front of the house (point of sales - POS - and delivery management) to back of the house operations (accounting, inventory, purchase, HR & payroll, CRM, marketing, and more).
