Using Polaris ERP’s point of sale (POS) and inventory management system, this beloved Mexican restaurant aims to streamline their operations, connecting the Front-of-the-House (FOH) with the back-of-the-house (BOH) through a native and easy to use system.
Maria Bonita Mexican Grill currently operates four branches, three in Dubai (Umm Suqeim, Madinat Jumeirah and Sustainable City) and one in Abu Dhabi (Yas Mall).
